I’m a student with no real job experience. Can you still help me? Absolutely! We craft resumes that showcase your clinical rotations, skills, and any relevant experience, making sure you look like a strong candidate even if you’re just starting out. Everyone has to start somewhere—we’ll make sure your resume gets you noticed!
How long does it take to get my resume? We typically deliver your first draft within 3-5 business days. If you need revisions, we’ll work with you to finalize everything ASAP so you’re ready to apply with confidence.
What if I need revisions to my resume or cover letter? Each resume package comes with at least one revision to make sure you’re happy with the final product. If you need additional changes, we can discuss options to fine-tune it further.
Do you offer mock interviews? Yes! Our total Career Prep package includes resume + mock interview for one-hour FaceTime session where we’ll go over common interview questions, help you craft strong answers, and boost your confidence for the big day.
How do I schedule my 1-on-1 mock interview? Once you purchase the Career Prep Package, you’ll receive an email with a scheduling link to book your 1-on-1 mock interview at a time that works for you. Be sure to check your spam folder—sometimes our emails like to play hide and seek. If you don’t see it within 24 hours, reach out, and we’ll get you squared away!
What to Expect During My Mock Interview? During your 1-on-1 mock interview, we’ll cover everything you need to feel confident and prepared for the real thing. We’ll discuss: The application process – Understanding what recruiters look for and how to make your resume stand out. Commonly asked interview questions – From "Tell me about yourself" to scenario-based clinical questions, we’ll break them down. How to answer the tough questions – Learn strategies to highlight your professional experience and showcase your skills effectively. No work experience? No problem! This service is dedicated to helping students and new grads translate clinical rotations, coursework, and transferable skills into strong, confident interview responses. Whether you're a first-time job seeker or an experienced professional looking for a career move, we’ll help you ace that interview with ease!

This is our most basic package, perfect for students, new grads, or anyone needing a polished, professional resume to land their first job. Package 2: The Professional Package – Includes 1 resume with 2 revisions, a custom cover letter, and a LinkedIn profile review to help you stand out in today’s competitive job market. Great for experienced professionals or new healthcare workers looking to advance their careers or land their first job. Package 3: The Total Career Prep Package – The ultimate package for those who want to feel fully prepared. Includes 1 resume with 2 revisions, 1 cover letter, LinkedIn profile review, and a 1-hour 1-on-1 FaceTime mock interview to ensure you’re interview-ready.
